LOST

I am addicted to Lost. OMG I am so thankful for the internet. Usually I get upset because if I miss my shows, I can't see then until they repeat. Thanks to Hulu.com, I saw this seasons premiere on a laptop while laying down on the little bit of free time that I had. It is amazing how accessible how everything is now a days. People don't even have to go outside on a cold day like today. They can order food on the internet, groceries too. Now deli stores take orders. I think it is great how advanced technology is but I can't help wondering how this will affect people's health. No exercise available or fresh air.

I work at a gym and it is kind of funny how people on treadmills remind me of hamsters. They really do look like over-grown rodents. LOL There are many new members and they have new year's resolutions, but I give them another month. It always happens, it gets crowded and by super bowl the gym gets emptier. Oh well.
