i should be studying, but i wrote this poem instead. it's my own version of a followup to that joke "what happens when you drop a blue hat in the red sea?"
The Red Sea by Elaine Vuong
Falling into the Red Sea
Fills me with dread!
I’ve no wishes for a blue hat
To purple when it blends
Nor will my yellow scarf
Stain orange, for it’s much too hard
To rhyme or complement.
Save your money
And your time
I’m not travelling the Red Sea
For I’d rather stay dry!
