When I have some agony or need a rest, I usually go to cafe or a quiet place others can't disturb me. I just sit on a nice sofa and relax. Writing down my thought is really helpful to shape up my idea. Sometimes, I can't figure out my feeling or problems, and then writing down what I think makes it clear.
Also, scribbling is good to make me feel better. Through scribble I can relax enough, express my feeling and thought too.
Having enough time to leave myself alone gives me some answer about what I concern or try to figure out.
