Cold

For some reason I find the cold to be calming, relaxing, and some what soothing. I always find myself stepping outside into the cold for a few minutes whenever I get anxious or stressed out. I know it may sound strange, but when I am outside and I take a deep breath it seems as if the weight of the world is off of my shoulders. It also helps me to clear my head so I can think straight. Unfortunately, it is hard to do this for a long period of time. After awhile my body starts to shake and my hands go numb. When that happens I know it is time for me to head back inside where it is warm. It might take some time for my body temperature to get back to normal, but I am always happier when I do so.
