Poor Circulation

I finally realized that the blood circulation in my hands is very poor. For most of the day my hands feel very cold and it takes awhile for the blood to start pumping. I usually have to run them under hot water or shake them around for a minute or two to get some sort of feeling. I’ve had this problem for a number of years and I know that it is pretty common. It just bothers me when I have to shake someone’s hand and my hand is very cold. I am somewhat ashamed of it. I should probably take a trip to the doctor just in case it is life threatening, although I cannot imagine him doing anything about it. I did grow a bit more concerned over the summer when I read my friends palmistry book. It said that people who have purple nail beds may have narrow arteries or high blood pressure. Once I get my workload down to a reasonable amount I will make an appointment to go see the doctor.
